Outsource in Pakistan

Our project with Outsource in Pakistan involved developing a customized CRM using React.js and Node.js. Their technical expertise was evident, creating a responsive and high-performance system tailored to our needs. The communication was particularly excellent. Despite concerns many in the United States have about language issues with outsourcing, they spoke English well, and I had no problems communicating with their team. Their responsiveness and understanding of our feedback made adaptations and iterations seamless. It took me a number of months of research before I moved forward with an OIP hire. I have been very impressed. The manager I worked with took time to get to know our needs and find a perfect resource to match. The potential concerns I had of language barrier or virtual staffing have been overcome. I hired OIP with the expectation that the product and service I would receive would be amazing because everything about their brand looks amazing. I spoke with one of their sales reps we went back and forth for a while and he gave me a pretty decent deal. That was the end of the good part. Web design and development was a freaking nightmare I was supposed to be done in 2 weeks it took them 2 MONTHS to get finished. The work that was done was so lazy and unprofessional that I literally had to micromanage everything from beginning to end with the website design. The content writing was so terrible I had to end up writing 5 pages of website content myself (I'm the furthest thing from a content writer but my writing was better than theirs). After the website was finally up and at a point where it actually looked professional, I explained to the sales rep that I didn't feel confident in them continuing on to the 2nd part of the project because I wasn't very convinced with the 1st half of the project, and that I would pay for 1st part of the project and they would refund me the 2nd half. They begged and pleaded and told me everything would be good and they would do better and all kind of lies 3 times I asked them to refund my money never would they just agree to refund it, it was always oh we want to keep you as a client and all this other BS just to keep my money. So I hired the salesperson, they started on a Facebook campaign without even asking me what kind of campaign I even wanted to run. Sent over the ad copy and it was actually the worst ad copy I have ever seen. Then I write the ad copy for them and they change again to something was no better than the first. Had to rewrite the copy again was finally able to get the Facebook ad up and running after 2 whole weeks. The sales guy was terrible when I interviewed him he told me oh I close 70% that's literally 7 out of 10. He closed NOT 1 SALE the ENTIRE TIME he worked for me!!!! Asked and asked for the data to find out what was going wrong. No one would give me the data. I set up the sales guy with Asana and processes to take to make sure that I get the data he never did what I asked him to do. I was told he would be sending 500 emails per day to reach out to other businesses yet KPIs were 300. Literally had to go and contact the leads myself to get a response from them. $500 invested $0 return. If you are looking to white label anything for your service-based business I highly advise against using Outsource in Pakistan unless you are a business owner that really doesn't care about your business then, by all means, hire away. This service, however, WAS NOT good at all. They have an anti advocate for life!

The Team at Outsource in Pakistan is effective and affordable. They have completed or are currently working on 4 separate projects for our company. Website builds, API integrations, Animated Videos and even outsourced administration. At this point we can only offer positive feedback on the speed, quality and cost. We completely recommend then for your next project.
