The product they created supplemented the digital environment, that our dealers can use to order from, while keeping all the paperwork transparent and easily accessible. The problems that we had with car distribution virtually disappeared, as everything is now easy, fast and reliable, hence not subject to human errors. We also got integration features and automated data source, which improved day-to-day effectiveness of our sales and marketing managers.

Initially, Roonyx took over the existing code from the agency we had used in the past. The scope of work included implementing a new design of the employer dashboard which displayed the organization metrics. In addition, Roonyx were involved in creating the survey application and admin panel.

Roonyx assembled a dedicated team of engineers to address user-requested updates for our product. With our application recently launched, we had to simultaneously work on planned features and address user demands for changes, fixes, and updates. Recognizing the need for additional support, we engaged Roonyx to handle the development of our current application, allowing our team to concentrate on the next version. Roonyx provided valuable assistance in backend and frontend development for both the web and mobile applications, while also ensuring quality assurance and effective project management.

While our team was focusing on supporting the existing code Roonyx took over developing new features. So within 3 months of work, we completed the original scope of work, and then the client requested more features based on the user feedback. By the time the project ended, we had a working MVP with more functionality than initially planned, and since then we’re supporting the app. The code written by Roonyx is quite good, so support is fairly simple and inexpensive.

The project has been implemented successfully, we’re currently actively growing traffic, involving influencers and starting to monetize it. The application works well and it’s what matters.

We needed a solution that would allow the office to track couriers’ location, set route and monitor order status. Roonyx started by analyzing the existing dispatch system and determined what endpoints will have to be created to exchange the needed data with the mobile app.

In the later stages of the project, we faced significant challenges when it came to scaling. Roonyx was able to provide a talented team with expertise in a range of niche tech stacks, including various e-commerce platforms, multiple front-end frameworks, and areas such as QA and operational excellence. The key deliverable was a V2 of our client’s app that took into account the feedback that we’ve acquired from the customers. Roonyx offered advice about our UI/UX design and revenue generation model. After the week of onboarding and discovery, we entered into iterative development mode starting with resolving the most pressing issues. The scope of work included adding price drop notifications, social functionality, API integration and favorite product list features.

Project management was really good. The manager was always on time and very clear in communication. Roonyx checked the existing code and offered to rewrite some of it and optimize. They also tested the app. They adapted the new version to different mobile devices. Their design team worked with the customer to redesign the app. The app was published to the App Store and Roonyx provided maintenance after the launch.

To deliver this project, we were looking for a partner that specialized in developing web-based design tools. Roonyx set up 3 discovery sessions with the client to understand their needs and produce the initial documentation. Then, they were responsible for turning the client’s requirements into a clickable prototype that could be demonstrated to the client’s community members already paying for the subscription. As a result of user testing, they have modified the user experience to make it clear how to access the functionality. I work in a large international oil & gas company with a complex, hierarchical structure and about 300,000 employees. With that many employees, our HR and accounting departments have to handle a large number of repetitive requests. To free them up from these administrative tasks and enable them to invest these time resources into vital projects, we elaborated on the possibility to automate such requests. In addition to these internal requests, we are also organizing large conferences on a regular basis. To facilitate a smooth organisation of these events, a large number of admin staff are required to answer basic questions related to schedules and travel itineraries. To solve both problems with one solution, Roonyx proposed an NLP chatbot based on artificial intelligence. Roonyx has developed a chatbot that enables employees to get responses to typical organizational questions, to request documents, to book courses and training by themselves. The chatbot facilitates artificial intelligence to classify the question and to propose the most appropriate answer. With every interaction, the chatbot learns whether the provided answer was perceived as sufficient or not. That way, we ensure that the chatbot continually improves its functionality and classification algorithm. The implementation of the chatbot reduced the monthly requests to the HR department by approximately 50% and the ones to the accounting department by 15%.

Four Consultancy hired Roonyx for marketplace design & development work. They developed a new marketplace with several types of users, admin panel, filters, integrations, UX and provided us with a lot of valuable information during prototype testing and after the MVP launch. Their input allowed us to change some business processes and change the initial marketplace vision. When the Alfa-version of the marketplace launched, the number of transactions increased up to 1000 approximately from 10; the number of registered users amounted to about 18000 in a month. I like the work approach of the Roonyx team and I enjoyed the fact that there was one point of contact for me during all the project development. Their product owner provided us with the daily reports, responded very quickly. At the same time, I could ask any questions to their technical experts. That’s great. We don't have any big tasks or projects to work on right now, but if we do, we'll definitely continue to work with Roonyx!
