I worked with this team in my previous corporate employment, and they did an excellent job! I currently manage my own project and would like to collaborate with them again. With the tool they created for us, we can automate 85% of our recruitment effort! They designed a virtual assistant (bot) for us that reads the job description, visits all the different websites, checks resumes, and contacts the best prospects through email, Facebook, and LinkedIn. The bot then performs pre-screening interviews by asking all the correct questions and can have thousands of discussions at the same time! After everyone had been questioned, the bot presented us with the Top 5, Top 10, and Top 20 lists. When we know who the genuine interview applicants are, our bot approaches them for the next round of interviews.
