They’ve delivered beyond my wildest expectations and dreams. I’m beyond happy with the results of Zoptal’s work. The website is beautiful, and we get a lot of compliments on its look and feel. Their distinct focus on testing early and often, making sure to hear what real users had to say about a flow, was exactly what we were looking for and was quite hard to actually find. The project team did a round of internal discovery, making sure to document the current process as a base for changing flows, including moderated testing with existing users. They then sketched out flow diagrams of alternative orders/different ways to acquire the same information. That evolved into low-fidelity wireframes, which were then used to conduct moderated and unmoderated testing and uncover any new problems they introduced. Those wireframes were refined based on feedback, then expanded into high-fidelity designs, with constant refinement along the way, including one additional round of unmoderated testing. The result was a thorough and well-documented Figma project with all screens needed to move to implementation.

We hired Zoptal solutions to develop an app for physicians. Provide a condensed look-up version of a larger government document that is specific to these particular physicians' practices. We had several discovery calls with the physicians and provided an extensive Excel document with all of the content that should be included. During the calls we discussed how screens might look/operate, and Zoptal developed wireframes for the physicians to review and approve. We have a resource-based engagement with Zoptal solutions. A dedicated resource takes care of our iOS application.
