Excellent flexibility and pricing

I switched to Appointlet because I was looking for something with good functionality that didn't cost too much. Appointlet meets all my needs, allows me to have a significant number of meeting types that clients can choose from, and is low cost, or free!

Appointlet has proven to be an excellent and customizable tool, offering precise control over booking preferences, making it the ideal solution for our organization's diverse needs. The user-friendly interface, responsive customer service, and seamless integration with existing calendars have greatly improved our booking processes. We switched from HubSpot CRM because its booking tool had limitations, especially for round-robin meetings. Appointlet's strength in allowing us to control the booking algorithm and creating the desired inbound meeting experience made it the best replacement after testing several tools.

Appointlet is a very compatible software for scheduling.

once set up this software is great and takes a lot of pressure off trying to communicate with clients between sessions to arrange bookings. I like that now I can schedule appointments easily. The text and email reminders are very helpful. Well, I do experience the odd glitch where I have to log out and log back in, but for the convenience, this software gives my business it’s a small issue. Overall, I am quite happy with this software.

We at Nomiuns are using Appointlet for scheduling and booking appointments with customers and clients. It works seamlessly with free services. We have observed an improvement in our business after we started using this time saving software.  Pros  The best advantage of using this software is that it integrates with our digital calendars seamlessly and keeps reminding us and our clients about the appointments and their times.  Cons  There is no middle price bracket for using this software. You either get a free version or a premium one that costs you $8 a month for each member.
