We at AirFocus have been using Intercom for a year, mainly because of its easy integrations with other apps and a smooth customer experience it provides both for our employees and people using our software. For instance, the macros feature allows us to optimize similar actions into a single click which saves a lot of time. Similarly to the ‘’saved replies’’ option, macros help automate certain processes and expand to actions, not just the content. Learning curve is very short with Intercom which allows us to onboard customer agents more easily.

The software we are using in our company(Codegiantfor email marketing is Intercom. The pros are that it provides us with in-depth reports and statistics. It also allows us to create various action triggers so that we can run any email sequence we want. The cons are that it's not suitable for solopreneur. Only developers can create those action triggers so that you can run your email campaigns. That's why Intercom is suitable for small businesses rather than solopreneurs.

Our company(RightlyWritten) utilizes Intercom for email marketing. Intercom is an especially useful tool for our business since it allows us to perform a range of communications beyond email marketing as well, and it's an easy platform to integrate with other software, such as Slack.

There's a lot to love about Intercom from an email marketing standpoint. Some of the most conspicuous pros are Intercom's options for automating and targeting campaigns, its user-friendly interface, and its ability to contextualize relevant data.

On the cons side, Intercom can get rather pricey depending on subscription level.
