Intercom uses powerful messaging and automatic to give a better experience and faster answer to your customers.
I have been using it in my business. Have all the options to use and everything is streamlined. Really a great support platform with a very friendly design and really good internal support. It allows me to respond and update from anywhere. Nice ticket application and support.

There is nothing I dislike about this solution; only some options need to be updated.
