You can share projects with the entire team, particular team members, or keep them private in OneDesk. You can even collaborate on projects with your clients. Everyone only sees what interests them and can work together to accomplish the goals. An online tool which can keep record of all of your projects data streamlined is a very good option to choose. Talking about the customer side app. It has live chat support for customers and the development team. They also have developed a special section called Knowledge Base.

Pros :
  • The support team is very good. Helps with the customization as well.
  • Customer onboarding is pretty easy and intuitive.
  • Individual task assignments for individual team members is a rare feature but OneDesk has it.
Cons :
  • Integration with tools of google are not available.
