What Users Like The Most

The support team is very good. Helps with the customization as well.
Customer onboarding is pretty easy and intuitive.
Individual task assignments for individual team members is a rare feature but OneDesk has it.

What Users Like The Least

Integration with tools of google are not available.
Sometimes the software works slow.
Could have some better options.

I just love this software. This tool helps me a lot every time I need it works as it should and has the most needed features. It is a perfect product for an enterprise company. It gets better and better with each update. Entering new tickets is also very easy.

OneDesk is an enterprise-level solution that combines help desk and project management software into a single application.

Earlier we were using another software for managing our company’s projects but that was not up to our expectations then we chose this software and it is really very helpful to manage all our work and tasks. It is a kind of help desk software that gives you the perfect solution for your different projects with lots of options and features available on it.
