  • reporting is very simple, and the platform provides a wealth of information.
  • You may easily make your own application forms for membership.

  • there are so many features and can be confusing to decide which one to use, descriptions of features could be more detailed.
  • sometimes there may be bugs in the system, but the support team catches up and solves the problem.
  • We had small confusions starting out but the customer service helped out

Easy event management for our university music festival with Raklet!

We are a small group of university students from Ankara and we organize an annual music festival with around 300 participants. Raklet has been such an easy-to-use and time-saving option for our organization, registration and check-in processes.

It provided us a lot of convenience with the use of different payment methods. In addition, our ties with our members have been strengthened with e-mail reminder automation. We also use Raklet's events feature, which allows us to sell tickets to our members and the general public at various event ticket pricing. These features saved us from doing things manually and wasting time.
