Rostavo is the back office for a small in-home service agency. It replaces the spreadsheet, the WhatsApp group, the certificate folder and the separate invoicing tool with one system.

Coordinators plan recurring work once and let it generate itself, fill a same-day gap by offering the shift to everyone who is free rather than ringing down a list, and get warned before a certificate expires rather than after somebody has already worked on it. Staff get an installable phone app with shift alerts and one-tap check-in that records where and when they arrived. Clients and families get their own portal to request work, see who is coming, pay and leave a review.

Because check-in records the hours actually worked, invoices and staff payouts come from the same record, so the number a client disputes and the number the agency can evidence are the same number.
