What Users Like The Most

  • This scheduler gives my clients the ability to make their own appointment with ease. It is great for those who have businesses that need to schedule their meeting time. The support team is super responsive if you ever have any issues.
  • This is the easiest-to-use scheduling software, and I would like to say it’s a simple and best app for booking if you don’t want to get a headache with technology things. I think that this platform is incredibly useful, with so much functionality for managing my client booking and all the communication. The customer service is very intuitive and very professional as well. Thank you

  • Works wonderfully, but unfortunately doesn’t show personal booking in the monthly view.
  • The only downside is that there is no invoicing option. Clients do love how easy it is to book more than one service at a time. It would be really amazing. I also agree that a block/ban function, to block individuals from booking would be great.
  • While this may have been addressed in the latest version, a feature to track missed appointments would be beneficial. A visual indicator, such as a different color, could help in noting missed appointments, especially for clients who are prepaid.

I love Schedulista it’s a great time saver tool anyone running a business would find it helpful and interesting in many ways for sure.

My experience has been wonderful with this software. I love the automatic text and email reminders facility provided by it. Also, the email and text messaging feature helps remind clients of their upcoming assignments. Although in the very beginning thought this was a little expensive, I now feel this is well worth the $20 a month for this great service. I am really impressed by how well this software works for me.

Schedulista has simplified my scheduling needs. I have been using it for years for my private practice and I haven’t had any issue with it whatsoever. There are so many settings to make the solution work best. I love the automatic text and email reminders features. No client login is needed. I can easily send a message to the customer when an appointment is booked. Although in the very beginning, I thought this was a little expensive. But it is very worth what it charges for its services. I love that my clients can schedule their own appointments on my website.
