What Users Like The Most

  • It can display exactly which tasks are handled by whom and the progress of the task along with deadlines.
  • One can customize the display as per needs and color coordinate the tasks.
  • Something like a personal Dashboard integrated with a Team tasks display is highly useful for my team.

What Users Like The Least

  • Toggl Plan has features that are not synchronized with Toggl Track and that is a hassle to manually fill tasks in both simultaneously for numerous projects. We stopped using the Toggl track because of this hassle but I’d really like to integrate both.
  • I am happy with this tool so nothing to complain about.
  • I wish for a minor UI fix.

Awesome tool!! I have been able to use it exactly the way I need and I don’t even think I use any other tools available in the market. This tool is very useful for me as it allows me to track all of the tasks I have to get done by the given deadline.

Colorful and simple project management tool that is highly customizable and resourceful!

We are a small organization working on different projects at a time. Teams are small but there are multiple projects to look into which means each member is associated with a couple of different tasks for various projects. Managing such a complex working set-up is cumbersome and time-consuming at the same time. As a manager, I have been searching for something that can handle everything visually and in an organized manner. Toggl Plan was a trial too but it won, and we absolutely love using this tool. The tasks are well organized, everyone knows what to do, and everything is just a glance away!

The User Interface is absolutely amazing with a drag-and-drop system. It easily makes the changes necessary. One of the best features.

Pros and Cons of Toggl Plan Pros • It is available at a reasonable price. The updates bring considerable improvements to the product. • Toggl Plan has made our work smoother, it's user friendly that’s why anyone can easily run it. • It improves the workflow. • It shows off days or events across timelines, and it is easier to remember important dates because these are visible alongside projects. Cons • One challenging thing is that when you add multiple team members to a project, the list of people is also deleted on placeholders' deletion. • Although it is user friendly, a learning curve is required to operate it. • It lacks complete customization for different projects or tasks, and you can't see progress without clicking on the project. • Integration with the workflow is challenging, and it lacks apps in different stores.
