Project Description: Decathlon Recruitment Portal is used by Decathlon Sports India to accept applications for openings in the firm and filter the applications based on the requirements by a particular department or HR Manager. There is a backend dashboard which allows the administrator to add HR managers from various departments and assign them the respective jobs. These managers will be notified as soon as some one applies for the job in their assigned locations.The administrator also has access to a well built analytics dashboard where the admin can browse the job applications and filter them based on different factors like time period, job, location, HR manager, department etc. It provides options to view them in the form of charts, tables and ability to export eth data in csv format for further use.
