On top of that, you can quickly record absences and sick days. Documents, like medical certificates, can be scanned directly into the system, and when team members are ready to come back to work, you will be notified. The BrightHR system also keeps track of different metrics to help you figure out payroll. This saves you time on administrative tasks. This means keeping track of overtime, keeping a full record of paid and unpaid absences, and keeping track of any bonuses or other extra payments you owe your employees. Another great thing about BrightHR is that it has unlimited cloud storage.
