Affordable help desk system
Review Summary
Freshdesk is a fairly popular affordable helpdesk solution. It is easy to use. There is a free version available. The user interface is intutive. Suitable for small to medium size businesses.
The support is quite responsive.
Users can respond to tickets using emails. Fairly reliable and has tons of useful features.

Efficient and well crafted software!
Review Summary
We have been using Freshdesk for past 5 years and it is really good in terms of logging customer issues and tracking it. The support team is also quite attentive and friendly.
We have rarely encountered downtime with this software and it is very easy to customize certain features. I would strongly recommend this software who is looking out for helpdesk ticketing system.
