My experience with TIMIFY has been good, though not exceptional, as the platform, despite some functional aspects, feels somewhat clunky and in need of simplification. The promise of customer feedback incorporation hasn't translated into a significant improvement in my satisfaction since day one. While the client data storage and calendar booking system have proven functional, recent challenges with the client email confirmation not working have highlighted a slower response time to support issues. TIMIFY excels in client data storage and calendar booking functionalities, providing a comprehensive service history for each client. The ability to email clients their booking details is a convenient feature, streamlining communication.
