Zoho Bookings is one of the best appointment scheduling software I have encountered. It saves time and brings excellent personalization that enhances the client's experience. It is also budget-friendly, with a comparatively simple user interface and excellent connectivity with other video conferencing platforms. As a small business owner, I need different software for different purposes, making me conscious of pricing. Thankfully with Zoho, that's not a problem.

Review Summary

You and the client get an email when the appointment is set up and also an email as a reminder and also the tool gives me a notification before the appointment. A lot of my clients don’t even save the phone number but only the email. Great and easy in everything does what I need it to do. Very good and help growing businesses. A handy tool to keep appointments. It will be good if the UI is sleek and simple. However, they are constantly improving, getting better with every update. The only thing I would like to see improved is the ability to edit the customer’s booking page.

Everything is very fast, professional and beautiful. So far very useful and affordable for small businesses. This program runs smoothly and is user-friendly.

What do you like the least about Zoho Bookings?

For a non-tech like me, it is tricky and I am happy with it only because it does the bare minimum, I need it and I have a techy niece.
