Review Summary
I am Kashish. I am using this software for last 3 months. I am highly satisfied with their software. I liked the escalation policy feature, of the software. It made alert handling very easy for our team. The timely notifications we received helped us prevent some really bad situations. Also, we were given access to their Alert Prediction feature, which sets Zenduty apart from other tools available in the market. Apart from all this, the general spirit of the Zenduty Customer Care seemed nice. I will recommend Zenduty to everyone.

Best Alerting Solution
Review Summary
Great software that keeps getting better, Works as well as you could ask for. Responsive and quick. Acknowledging alerts directly from notifications (and by extension, SMS, Call on your personal mobile ) is wonderful. Kudos to the developers.
