Document360 was surprisingly easy to understand for the less technically inclined people in my team and that is a win. What we didn't need was an expensive solution we couldn't afford or justify and Document360 fit the bill. To me Document360 is a developing underdog on the CRM market with some huge advantages and opportunities. Its simply polished and professional. Our collective experience with Document360 has been extremely positive, and we recommend it wholeheartedly!

Document360 is the best knowledge base customer support tool so far

It's very easy to use. Took our team around 4 hours of training to use this tool well, even though we haven't worked on SQL. Makes it very easy for us to keep a track of our products and easy for our customers to navigate through out.

  • Can have up to 4 sub sections which makes navigation very easy
  • Document360 is a very easy tool to use even if you are not from a software background.
  • A huge scope for customisation as there are very few templates provided
Cons :
  • Only supports English language, would like to see additional languages.
  • No mobile app at the moment, which is not convenient on the go.
  • Would like to see a lot more free demo tutorial videos.

The relationship with our vendors has improved because we now have a consistent and reliable way to communicate information. We've found that better vendor relationships support better customer service. The breadth of features has also allowed us to improve information flow with our customers. It's ease of use is the largest PROS! We have our entire shop using the software and the fact it is so user friendly is simply excellent! Seriously the software is an awesome buy.

I love that Document360 has such an amazing Markup editor, you can drill down into multiple knowledge bases with sub articles, and the search is fantastic! The support is so amazing as well, the team really knows their stuff and is so helpful and prompt! Oh! The roles you can set are fantastic as well, because they make it so you can have lots of different types of users -- read only users (public) vs editors and writers!

Document360 lets me provide quick and accessible product documentation to a range of different users. And, it gives my teams the ability to collaborate closely on content. If you're looking for great support, an intuitive editor, and great branding options, you're looking in the right place. Document360 takes it over the top by also allowing extra customization that I did not find in other similar software. Highly recommend.

The interface is done nicely so we were able to build a database for internal use quickly. There are plenty of customization options so we can enrich articles with multimedia content. Additionally, it ensures that information is accessible to people with the organization of categories. Even Document360’s own support team is magnificent. Overall, Document360 is an awesome software to work with.
