Flexible and easy to use

My experience is averall very good. The software is easy to use and very flexible with different configurations of swimlanes and add-ons. The summary of tasks performed by the team every day is also very useful and it avoids tons of e-mails an meetings. Also customer service is very fast, nice and efficient.

How to get out of the swamp in two days

We hired a Google partner who developed the app based on free Google templates. After several months of struggle, a usable version was released. When we started entering real data and launching the app, it proved to be highly unfeasible. We switched to Kanban in two days, and since then, thanks to the tool's flexibility, we've been highly satisfied.

This software has many features that have helped us a lot in managing our team's tasks. Drag and drop, assigning tasks to each person, defining tasks in different areas, friendly and easy environment, the possibility of defining different people in the team, reminders at specific times, measuring the time spent on each task and many other features in which this software has worked wonderfully.

When I look at my experience of working with many IT remote teams of different size, Kanban Tool was always the tool that really supported our work. It is easily understandable, doesn't force too much Agile language (especially important for those who are not in love with this methodology) and can be customized so you quickly feel the board you use is your own, personal one. For me - excellent.

A great tool that can serve multiple purposes

I've been using Kanban Tool for over a year now and I'm still amazed by how much it helps me to improve my productivity. I use it for work projects and my private projects, it's just a great project management tool and a to-do list. I also use it to track the time I spend on work. I can really recommend it. It's easy to use, it doesn't send you lots messages like some other similar tools, it helps me to save time. Fantastic tool.
