QuickBooks Online

Our company has been using this cloud-based accounting software to keep track of our invoices and payment processing. This software is reliable and efficient when it comes to performing its purpose, plus it is considered one of the best for small businesses like ours.

I believe the best accounting software is QuickBooks. I haven't been using it that long, to be honest, but since using it I have found it incredibly useful and easy to use for Creditry. I like how it allows me to do the tax, invoicing and payroll more efficiently than before and it really does have a good dashboard. However, there are negatives to this accounting software and they are that there is a lack of key reports outside of accounting and it isn't free to use so you will have to pay a subscription. 

While I know this isn't an original answer, we at WikiLawn Los Angeles Lawn Care use Quickbooks--and with good reason. It's easy to use and well-documented. The tools are robust, but not overwhelming.

I mentioned a couple of the pros above. It's also incredibly affordable for a small business license, and it integrates well with other software. The major pro is that it's not as detailed as some other accounting software, and you may find actual accountants prefer something a little more nuanced.

We at Gadget Review use Intuit QuickBooks for small business accounting. The UI is easy to understand and the UX is great from start to finish. It's customizable, with plenty of report settings that can be set up however you need.. And there are plenty of options for automation, too.

Unfortunately, it is very expensive. I also wish the mobile app was a little bit more robust. It definitely doesn't match up to the desktop software. Overall, though, Quickbook is convenient and easy to use.

Quickbooks Online (QBO) is essential to our business because it provides a combination of functionalities that no other software service packages together for a small business of our size. Our small business ships products across the US. We collect and remit sales tax to 43 different state jurisdictions, so in addition to handling our accounting, bookkeeping, tax preparation, issuing our 1099s and giving our CPA access to our books. Quickbooks Online also serves the critical function of calculating the sales tax due with each package we ship. When I create an invoice for our customer through QBO, I enter the 'Ship From' and 'Ship To' addresses, and the software automatically calculates the amount of sales tax that we need to collect and adds it to the invoice total before I send it to our customer. In case you don't know, every state has different sales tax requirements and depending on where you are shipping. You may need to collect sales tax at the state, county, and city level jurisdictions. But QuickBooks does all the calculations for you and is accurate more than 99% of the time. And when it comes time to file our sales tax returns to each state, QuickBooks Online has helpful reports to show the amount due for each jurisdiction.

Quickbooks is a super easy accounting tool that can keep track of all kinds of spending. Highly recommend.

We have been using QuickBooks Online for more than 8 years, it is the best way to track all of our client's billing and manage recurring billing. We could not run the business without QB - having our billing managed makes day to day operations easy. My accountant and bookkeeper both have remote access and can run all reports as needed, saving me time and they can access 24/7 so everyone can work on our own schedules. Managing recurring revenue would not be possible without QB, they are the strongest tool in our operation!

Pros: Integrations are the best part of it.

Cons: Sometimes support is very bad.

Sometimes it is hard to customize reports and to get the necessary information from it. Having a hard time generating custom reports that not even the software specialists could resolve.

Pros: Ease of use, user-friendly, mobile-friendly, cost-effective

Cons: Not properly linking with the bank account to reconcile payments received, Not fully customizable.
