Skedda has a simple Design and User-friendly which makes it easy and quick to book

In Jezweb, we use Skedda for venue management. We use it multiple times a month. It is clean and easy to navigate. Sometimes setting conditions is a bit tricky and complex. Regular 'users' cannot see WHO has booked rooms, just that they have been booked. The price is also high.

Skedda helps us manage our business more efficiently and save my company money

At Lifepatches, we use Skedda. Skedda is a cheap, easy-to-use cloud-based venue management software that scales based on my company's needs. Our Venue managers don't need to spend hours on tasks that can be automated, and they need to spend more time talking to customers and making sure their staff is all set. Skedda can help us get that done. I've worked with Skedda for two years, and the experience has been great. The software is easy to use. I can access it from my computer, tablet, or smartphone. We have more control over managing capacity and building relationships with our employees. We also have more insight into our venues and information. I recommend this software. Lately, we've found that our company has been using Skedda's cloud-based venue management software quite frequently! We use it often, such as once or twice a day.

Amazing produce. Amazing Service. Amazing LIVE support

During COVID 19, we had a family member pass. Due to restrictions we needed to schedule the viewings. This platform, allowed us to automate this process. What burden removed... seriously... but there was setting it all up to work the way we needed it to.. Wowsers!.. live support..that is extremely helpful. Not only did my live support rep help me.. she understood my situation and offered options I did not think of. Very satisfied with this service.. will recommend 100%.

Skedda made it really easy for us to arrange bookings among 4 different groups and about 20 rooms with customizable access to each room. I would highly recommend this product for your scheduling needs.

I represent a co-housing community which required an online booking solution for our common house building with its multiple rooms and activities. Was absolutely essential to get us through COVID restrictions

A little more than a year ago (when the COVID lockdown started), we had to switch from an unmanaged 11-court complex to a highly managed, all reservation system where we could track all play on all courts in order to be allowed to reopen. We rolled out to ~300 users (most of whom are non-tech-savvy active seniors) and within just a few days, they were all making self-service reservations on phones, iPads, and browsers. We were able to implement buffer-based reservations, then staggered start time reservations on adjacent courts, then cope with a major renovation project (closing down courts, creating temporary courts, opening new courts) ... all through the configurable user interface with no down time. Excellent support throughout for questions and enhancement requests from the Customer service team. Looking back, I don't know how we would have made it through the past year in any other way - now, our users have gotten quite accustomed to a reservation-based system, so even after all of the COVID restrictions end, I think we will be keeping the system long-term. Highly recommended - these days, it's a rare experience to have a web-based service live up to its marketing material - I think Skedda has done that and more. Thanks to the entire team there.

Tennis scheduling made easy

I've had the opportunity to use Skedda for a month or so now and I have to say, it's very easy to use and works well for scheduling our tennis courts. Players can setup an account within a minute or two and start reserving courts. The user interface for admin as well as general user is easy to navigate and simple to understand. I've chatted with customer service a couple of times and most recently with Hilary who was a big help in explaining how to correct an error I made. Super simple and effective

Firstly, the Skedda team offer exceptional support. We demoed other systems, but Skedda was bar far the best for a medium sized business trialling hot desk booking for the first time. You can grow the system concurrently with your needs and it's all offered on a flexible monthly basis. It also has integrations with Google Calendar and Slack which no other system offered. Our staff are loving it and is making the adaptation to a 'new normal' so much easier.
