ALVAO provides a centralised platform for managing IT support tickets and assets. Agents can log, track and prioritise support requests, incidents and changes from a single interface. The automated workflow capabilities also save a lot of time. The system makes it easy to create tickets through the Teams chat, so users do not have to switch to the web application at all (this was a game changer).

The interface is very easy to use compared to most "enterprise" solutions out there and the technical support team is also very helpful and solves our problem very quickly.

I would like to see more report templates so I don't have to create them.

Streamlined Ticketing and Issue Management: ALVAO helped us improve how we handle issues by managing incidents/requests, grouping similar problems, and encouraging proper ticketing procedures. This reduced the burden on IT from unnecessary emails and calls. Features for IT Professionals: As an IT guy, the asset and workflow management features were particularly helpful. These features likely improve organization and efficiency for IT staff specifically.

What do you like the least about ALVAO IT Service Management?

I did not find any major drawbacks in the current version of ALVAO IT Service Management. In fact, the addition of dark mode addressed a previous issue I had. Overall, I have had a positive experience with the product.

I really like the customisation and automation capabilities within workflows and daily tasks. It's pretty straightforward to set up, and it's had a great impact on how we work. The integration to the Microsoft ecosystem is great. We've integrated most of the Microsoft apps we need to ALVAO, and everything runs smoothly.

What do you like the least about ALVAO IT Service Management?

So far I haven't found anything, it's doing everything we expected.

I use Alvao for the past 5 months and overall I am impressed with the product. It has been helping us to get a better handle both on the company’s assets as well as get tickets and user requests in order. It’s simple and easy to use. The guys at Alvao are helpful and resolve any issue I have with the implementation and tool usage. The best thing of all is how asset management and helpdesk work together. If users have an issue with any device, I can immediately see what type of device is having a problem directly in the ticket.. I believe that Alvao will also help me to better plan a budget because I can now see where I can save money.

Very reliable and fast cloud-based ITSM software for IT. I guess what I like most is that the tool is primarily designed for IT and doesn't have thousands of other unnecessary features that try to solve problems that don't even exist. It provides all the necessary functionality for incident, problem, and change management and decent IT asset management, so we didn't have to integrate some third-party apps. Overall very satisfied compared to our previous solution.
