Flexible and easy to use ITSM
ALVAO provides a centralised platform for managing IT support tickets and assets. Agents can log, track and prioritise support requests, incidents and changes from a single interface. The automated workflow capabilities also save a lot of time. The system makes it easy to create tickets through the Teams chat, so users do not have to switch to the web application at all (this was a game changer).

The interface is very easy to use compared to most "enterprise" solutions out there and the technical support team is also very helpful and solves our problem very quickly.
What do you like the least about ALVAO IT Service Management?
I would like to see more report templates so I don't have to create them.
