The interface is very easy to use compared to most "enterprise" solutions out there and the technical support team is also very helpful and solves our problem very quickly.

This reduced the burden on IT from unnecessary emails and calls. Features for IT Professionals: As an IT guy, the asset and workflow management features were particularly helpful. These features likely improve organization and efficiency for IT staff specifically.
What do you like the least about ALVAO IT Service Management?
I did not find any major drawbacks in the current version of ALVAO IT Service Management. In fact, the addition of dark mode addressed a previous issue I had. Overall, I have had a positive experience with the product.

I really like the customisation and automation capabilities within workflows and daily tasks. It's pretty straightforward to set up, and it's had a great impact on how we work. The integration to the Microsoft ecosystem is great. We've integrated most of the Microsoft apps we need to ALVAO, and everything runs smoothly.
What do you like the least about ALVAO IT Service Management?
So far I haven't found anything, it's doing everything we expected.
