Great tool and easy to use for the entire company
Review Summary
I use Alvao for the past 5 months and overall I am impressed with the product. It has been helping us to get a better handle both on the company’s assets as well as get tickets and user requests in order.
It’s simple and easy to use. The guys at Alvao are helpful and resolve any issue I have with the implementation and tool usage.
The best thing of all is how asset management and helpdesk work together. If users have an issue with any device, I can immediately see what type of device is having a problem directly in the ticket..
I believe that Alvao will also help me to better plan a budget because I can now see where I can save money.

One of the best ITSM tools I have used
Review Summary
Very reliable and fast cloud-based ITSM software for IT. I guess what I like most is that the tool is primarily designed for IT and doesn't have thousands of other unnecessary features that try to solve problems that don't even exist. It provides all the necessary functionality for incident, problem, and change management and decent IT asset management, so we didn't have to integrate some third-party apps. Overall very satisfied compared to our previous solution.
