What Users Like The Most

  • Very slick, reliable and intuitive.
  • Provides me with everything I need for my email system.
  • No prior knowledge about it to be able to use it.

What Users Like The Least

  • Some pretty important features are not yet there like image resizing.
  • Some of the templates look a bit dated, but overall they are of excellent quality.
  • One drawback i have encountered with Mailchimp is its pricing structure, especially when the subscriber list grows.

Automate Yourself!

I love the ease with which you can get started with MailChimp. They make it easy to get up and running with a great step by step guide to set up. Their reporting section is strong and they are good at keeping your lists in order and easy to export. Hence it provides an awesome suite of email marketing tools for businesses small and large alike.

MailChimp is good for emails

Pros: It's great for designing and sending out email newsletters. Cons: If you want to design your own template, it can be hard since it uses old-fashioned HTML. We've also had complaints of emails showing up differently than on our end. Overall Experience: MailChimp is good for emails. That's really all we use it for.

Great resource

Must have to any marketing and sales effort!

Pros: I have been using MailChimp for the past 3 years and it is packed with great features, which is easy to understand and navigate. I really appreciate being able to connect it with our CRM platforms so we can have everything running cohesively. It's really a great platform for all levels of email marketing, whether you are just beginning or super experienced. Cons: The number of test emails is very minimal. The application is not great for serious digital marketers, it only suits the beginners. The application is very costly if you have a huge customer database. Overall Experience: Our company has mostly used MailChimp as a recruiting and advertising tool to reach candidates for potential job opportunities. MailChimp was one of the first professional template based email marketing tools to send out mass emails to potential clients, recruits, etc.

The number of test emails is very minimal. The application is not great for serious digital marketers, it only suits the beginners.
