This has save our team a lot of team on deferred revenue, consolidation and reporting!!
Had our backs against the wall in a growing SaaS business. Valuation from investors and keeping up with payments, reports it was stacking up and a nightmare to get everything done manually in spreadsheets alone.
The ScaleXP team had us set-up in just under and hour so that their system worked specifically how we needed it to.
There was a bit of a learning curve, but they have a good support team who are pretty much available at all times with less than 5 minutes wait time on a solution or answer.

Automated deferred revenue calculations. Revenue recognition is a breeze for us now
We now track over 50 different metrics that we can quickly drag and drop into the report template
Super easy to consolidate any payments per department so we can get a live view on what they're spending etc
Automated invoicing. We're a high-volume SaaS, so say no more.
What do you like the least about ScaleXP?
Bit of a learning curve. but they're apparently releasing a self-serve onboarding which will make it easier
