Fantastic experience, this help desk solution has plenty of features. This has made my life at work so much easier. Initially, I had some problems with it but after reaching out to the customer support team, my issues got resolved.

We Windows Report have been using the Apptivo tool for our digital media agency. We use Apptivo daily to update campaign management and optimization and target new sales opportunities. As a mid-sized international business, it allows us to customize our existing software by utilizing the tools in their online store to simplify the process of managing all the needs of our dynamic company. We can improve and create our own branding using Apptivo to make our CRM more specific. Apptivo allows you to convert leads into contacts, customers, or opportunities, directly and easily change contacts to customers.  This is probably the most vital attribute for us, as we can monitor and analyze all our teams and individual sales, no matter their location. It also helps us integrate existing team organizational structures to improve quotas.
