I'm a content and website manager for Opportunity Business Loans and when we were first starting out, I used SEMRush to gauge our website's SEO and rankings for keywords. What I liked about SEMRush was that it could help you locate the pages on your site that have broken links or other issues such as a lack of meta description. Over time though, I noticed that this feature was buggy and it would mark pages as broken when they were in fact, completely fine. Even though SEMRush could give you a summary of your site, a lot of it was technical analytics.

“Very good competitor tracking functionality”
I think that the best tool for the price range is SEMRush's Social Poster. After using it for Site Strategics Inc work, we found that it has continued to evolve of the course of years to be a fantastic scheduling tool with tools such as queued content review, integrated Facebook boosting opportunities, demographic analysis and content ideas tied to customizable RSS feeds. We have used may other software as well, and we enjoy the integration into the overall Project toolsets. One con from the SEMRush Social Poster tool is its lack of hashtag channel and influencer listening functionality. SEMRush does have a very good competitor tracking functionality that easily sizes up your social performance next to others in your industry. There are higher-end tools with much to offer, but for the money, I would not refer you to use the most from it.

SEMRush is great if you're trying to track business on a regional, national or global scale. SEMrush is a lot better at tracking numerous different marketing channels and efforts. If we were talking about a pure marketing platform, I'd rank SEMrush higher than any other platform.
