What Users Like The Most

Easy to use and the automatic reminder feature is very useful. it has all the tools to run successfully and it has helped me tremendously this far. It serves its purpose for all my booking needs.
It has everything I need and it’s working beautifully for my small business I absolutely love it, and all the features it has, and it always saves time, money and hassle. Keeping track of appointments and customers, automated messages, etc

What Users Like The Least

Initially, I find it hard to navigate but the tutorial helped me a lot.
Till now I haven’t run into any issues thus so far. This one is excellent and totally uncomplicated software to use.
Recurring Tasks lacks support for rolling due dates The platform could benefit from additional integrations, such as with Microsoft Teams.

Integration with the CRM has allowed us to maximize sales opportunities, providing a seamless experience for both our team and clients. It's important to note that each module comes with a separate charge. This could pose a consideration for those on a budget, as subscribing to all modules may not be feasible. Taskeo has incorporated essential features, and the convenience of Zoom, Stripe, CRM integration, and time tracking adds to its overall appeal. I must say I'm overall satisfied with the solution, and I haven't encountered any major issues. For those considering Taskeo Appointment Scheduling, I highly recommend this tool.

Taskeo is just Brillant, polished and feature-rich, scheduling software.

I have used this software for the last few years, and I just love the attention to detail on the UX. I have found it to be super easy to use and set up, with so many features. if there is ever a problem or a bug, the support team is really quick to rectify it, and if I can’t find something on the software, I send a quick email, and within the day, I have the answer. This makes booking very easy, keeps track of my clients, and allows reminders. Overall this software has helped me tremendously.

Taskeo they have an excellent customer service team and they resolved my issue quickly and efficiently.

This tool is great as I am able to do exactly what I had hoped to do. I have been using this system for years and I love it. It works great for my clients to book or for me to schedule their appointments myself. It allows me to move my appointments around and send clients. It has transformed service at my workplace. It is wonderful and does everything you need, just perfect for working professionals.

One of the best cloud-based scheduling software!

Currently, we at Crupto Head are utilizing the Taskeo for scheduling appointments with clients. Since it's best designed for cloud-based companies, it perfectly fits us in a sense that it's able to provide a simple and appalling software that can easily be integrated with CRM, or can also work stand-alone.
