Asana has systemized the workflow into more productivity

Our company EarthWeb has been using the Asana software for the past two years, and we’re using this workflow management software daily to update the four sets of tasks I mentioned above and communicate within a particular task to avoid any confusion or issues. Being a technology research outlet where our job lies in reviewing and researching all the technical tools and software, we have particularly tested almost 22+ workflow management software and have been sticking to Asana for the past couple of years. Asana, I believe, is the best workflow software that could exist for a blog-oriented website. With Asana, we assign different projects to our team of editors and then they divide those projects into multiple stages and work concurrently with their managers, subordinates, and company executives, so everyone’s keeping a watch of what’s happening. There are separate boards in Asana as well, which I’ve named Recurring tasks, To-do tasks, In-progress tasks, and Ice-box tasks (For making our future plans turn into reality).

It allows to easily track and collaborate on tasks

Here at LearnWorlds we use Asana & Jira for task management, but I have used other software in working with agencies & collaborators such as Wrike & Airtable. I do find Asana to be the superior task management software for marketing departments. It allows to easily track and collaborate on tasks, create incoming forms for other departments to send requests and templates, so everyone follows the SOPs with ease. The whole team is using Asana daily to keep track of tasks and manage projects.

It is very easy to use. Easy assignment and monitoring. Simple interface. Short learning curve for new members. Nice & simple keyboard shortcuts.

Very little customization options. Gantt charts for more traditional project management are not great. It gets complicated due to many features as well as It gets very expensive as you go higher on the plans.

Asana is the best investment we've made to increase our productivity within the organization

Cheef Botanicals uses Asana to collaborate on team projects online. ClickUp proved to be reliable in terms of project collaboration, task management, and process management, greatly important in remote and hybrid work and thus making up for its intimidating paywalls. We've been using the software for around 3 years now, and it has never failed our teams. The developers regularly update the application too, so there's a new and more feature every time. However, compared to other collaborative softwares, ClickUp is less intuitive and takes a longer learning curve. We've had to create our own learning materials to mitigate this setback.
