Our company EarthWeb has been using the Asana software for the past two years, and we’re using this workflow management software daily to update the four sets of tasks I mentioned above and communicate within a particular task to avoid any confusion or issues. Being a technology research outlet where our job lies in reviewing and researching all the technical tools and software, we have particularly tested almost 22+ workflow management software and have been sticking to Asana for the past couple of years. Asana, I believe, is the best workflow software that could exist for a blog-oriented website. With Asana, we assign different projects to our team of editors and then they divide those projects into multiple stages and work concurrently with their managers, subordinates, and company executives, so everyone’s keeping a watch of what’s happening. There are separate boards in Asana as well, which I’ve named Recurring tasks, To-do tasks, In-progress tasks, and Ice-box tasks (For making our future plans turn into reality).
