What users like the least

It has been working great for us. No cons as for us.
One small area of improvement could be enhancing the search function within the tool to track tasks more easily. But it's a small trade-off for the diverse range of features and benefits it offers us. Asana has become an integral part of our daily operations over the years, particularly due to its adaptability and ability to scale as per our evolving needs.
For those who are not technologically savvy, the learning curve might be difficult. If projects are not adequately managed, they can get congested. This requires ongoing team education to ensure that efficiency is maintained.

“Excellent project management tool for small to mid-size teams”

Pros: Sleek and user-friendly interface. Mobile App and offline mode work very well. Love the continued development of new features and integrations. Looking forward to using Asana with Slack once I get the hang of it.

Cons: Pricing is climbing quickly, especially for new and multi-team users - no built-in Gantt charts - takes some time to understand who will receive notifications of various activities - would be nice to be able to enter more info about sub-tasks without having to open each pane.

Overall Experience: In a large team who are decentralized (different departments handling different tasks within the same project), the tool works well to coordinate each team and meet deadlines.
