My team was in search of a genuine and reliable project management system and Asana instantly drew them in with its affordable price, intuitive features and excellent interface. There are many advanced features available and there is really nothing to complain about. The user interface is pretty easy to use and navigate and has been much better than the initial platforms deployed at my firm.
“Simple task management tool”
Pros: Easy to use. Great onboarding of external clients as well as simple task management.
Cons: It could use more external integrations with Office products and real-time editing of tasks. Calendar and scheduling features could be more reliable. Notifications don't always go out.
Overall Experience: Out of all the project management software available it allows us to do what we need to do from a software development perspective. It's cross-functional and we use it to keep.tracknof projects and a communications tracking tool between our dev center and external.clients.

Pros: Great to use on mobile / Easy to access. For workflow, it is great for keeping everything in line and track, also great to use on mobile which is very handy and effective for our team
