Asana

Pros: Great to track kanban style projects.

Cons: Support for further complexity building roadmaps.

I have tried Asana for project management multiple times over the past several years. The UI was hard to navigate it lacked many key features, including status tracking, and IFTTT integration (as of the last time I used it). Both of which are used fairly often in our company.

Pros: Good to sync up

I use Asana for my internal purpose at The Party People. We use ASANA where tasks require multiple people to contribute to a task. I like ASANA because it's free/cheap to use for a large team and it is in my view good enough. We use ASANA where tasks require multiple people to contribute to a task.

We have used Asana in the past to manage around 10 writers working on the tech blog of Blogging Cage. We used to assign the title and track each and everything on the daily basis with the ease. We loved the UI of Asana and ease of work more than any tools in the industry.

Assigning tasks, seeing due dates, completed tasks, ease of communication with the writers and almost all of the features are very well designed to handle any kind of business.
