BigTime, it is well suited for accounting firms, consulting firms, and professional services businesses.

From a series of software that do time tracking things, this one is the best that suits me. It is simple, intuitive, fast, and small in size..but most important, it does its job nicely. I like that this tool allows us to track time by project, task, or client. And we can track time using desktop as well as mobile. It is definitely more than I expected. I love the simplicity and ease of operation. I am really looking forward to continued updates that improve the usability of this software.

Overall, BigTime is an ultimate tool for any Project Management team it has plenty of features that can be used to enhance productivity. We've been using BitgTime for six months now, and management has never been easier. This software has satisfied the requirements of our team. It performs all of the functions that it should, including project planning, time monitoring, budget tracking, and much more. It saves so much time to create milestones, assign tasks, and track everything in one spot. Even the user interface is outstanding, with themes available for enhanced usefulness. I like how easy it syncs with QuickBooks, and the mobile app works well, which is unusual with PM software.

Real-time task allocation helps the team stay on track and work on a priority basis.

It integrates well with most of the commonly used tools which is quite helpful from a team as well as a client perspective.

Time Tracking and Expense tracking of BigTime is commendable without any doubt.

The customer service team is quite friendly and supportive.

What do you like the least about BigTime?

Customizations options are limited.

Invoice templates are also quite limited for the PM teams to utilise.

Probably need to work on Mobile Version a little more. It works well as compared to other software in the same field but still, there’s some scope for improvement.
