We implemented it in our office and it honestly seems perfect; our office is slowly expanding and once we cross over 10 workers we are honestly considering upgrading to premium. There is nothing out there with such complete features. bugs sometimes but nothing that affects functionality. Its manual time-tracking feature with a timer is very useful. I am impressed with its lots of reports which are helpful to know about how much exactly you spent your time on a particular task like for billable and non-billable both hours. Compared to other similar tools it is a bit expensive. Its integration with google calendar makes it a very useful tool for me.

    Review Summary

    I use JobScience, which is one of Bullhorn's SalesForce based ATS offerings, and it is the best ATSs I have used. I have used 6 different ones in my career, and have tried / demoed countless others. The customizations allowed by JobScience are remarkable, and one can make it work exactly as one wants. The tracking and CRM components are every bit as strong as one would expect from a SalesForce based product. The only thing that is a little weak (and honestly is weak in every ATS) is the ability to search the candidate database. And that is not bad - it's probably better than 90% of the ATSs I have seen, and tied for the best of the ones with which I have worked. I can enthusiastically recommend JobScience by Bullhorn for any staffing agency.
