ProofHub is a project management and team collaboration software platform that helps teams centralize work requirements, work processes, and the workload as a whole on one dedicated platform. This dedicated platform is designed to take in your information and organize it in a way that it becomes more accessible and actionable.

It is a platform that is as robust as it is helpful. With features for file management, communication management, team management, and task management, it is a software platform that we designed by keeping the needs of every kind of team in mind. Not only does it help in organizing information and visualizing tasks, but it also helps teams collaborate better through various communication platforms like chats and discussions.

As for my role in this organization, I am the founder and CEO of ProofHub. My duties here are to primarily be involved with the innovation processes and oversee the overall development and design processes.
What was the objective behind coming up with this software?
My main objective behind creating an all-in-one software platform such as ProofHub was to help people replace all other tools they were already using with one compelling alternative. We achieved this by creating a platform where one could manage both projects as well as teams.

Being on the same page is something that can be accomplished using a communication tool; however, no one is ever actually on the same page if the team cannot see how their tasks are moving and progressing with everyone’s contribution.

Therefore, I created ProofHub as a project management tool, a team collaboration software, and a source of support and motivation.
How is your software beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other software alternatives available in the market?
The tool we have created is one of a kind for a lot of reasons. To begin with, ProofHub is a fairly easy platform to use. It comes with a clean interface that helps you actively take care of things that actually matter. Inside ProofHub, you will find an array of features and shortcuts that are helpful and not intimidating.

ProofHub is available for all operating systems. It is also available as a mobile application. From all the customer feedback we have gathered, ProofHub seems to have an average customer satisfaction rating of 4.25.
As a team running a product, we know that our aim has to be to retain our customers, and therefore, our support services are top-notch. We believe in solving problems exactly when we hear about them.
Therefore, we believe that we must stay consistent with the following:
  • Constantly asking our customers for insightful feedback.
  • Actively acknowledging and responding to issued problems.
  • Readily documenting industry-specific use cases and helping with the onboarding process.
  • Keeping the customers in the loop about the progress of their queries.
  • Providing the customers with reading and viewing manuals so they can understand all the ways in which ProofHub can help them get things to get on track.
Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what is the percentage of repeat customers that you have?
For a product-based organization, the resale value matters a lot. However, for a software-based organization, I like to think that the time you can retain a customer is a better parameter for measuring customer loyalty.

Software platforms like ours work on a subscription model, which means that they are choosing to buy and use our product every time they pay for the upcoming month.

I'm glad to inform you that our average retention rate has been steadily increasing over the years, and we have watched as these retention periods rose from mere months to many years. It has all been about making the tool more scalable and flexible for effective use by virtually all teams.

It has taken us time to get here, but it has been time well spent.
