UnSpot stands out in terms of both user and admin experience. After evaluating multiple systems, including Traction Guest, we found that UnSpot's intuitiveness was unparalleled. Its visitor logging is simple yet effective, and the notifications it sends are prompt and informative, making the entire process much smoother and more professional.
What do you like the least about UnSpot?
The integration aspect could use some polishing. It has posed a few challenges for our IT department, who have had to consult me for guidance several times. While the other parts of the user interface are splendid, this area seems to be lacking a bit and could benefit from some enhancements.

We particularly value the hybrid work schedule feature, which has made coordinating between in-office and remote team members practically effortless. It helps us dynamically adjust work arrangements based on project requirements, team preferences, and other variables. I also appreciate the office analytics feature that provides insights into how our office space is used.

While the system is generally excellent, one drawback is that it doesn't automatically release a booked desk if the person who reserved it is absent for a certain period. This has led to some inefficiencies in workspace utilization that we hope will be addressed in future updates.

As someone who manages the front desk, UnSpot has been an incredible time-saver. The automatic notification system informs hosts about their visitor's arrival without my having to chase them down. Not only does it save time, but it also adds a level of professionalism that reflects well on the company. The record-keeping feature ensures that all visitor data is securely stored, offering additional security benefits.

To be perfectly honest, I find very little to complain about. However, during peak office hours, the system can sometimes get a bit slow, which I believe may be related to our internet connection.
