  • As someone who manages the front desk, UnSpot has been an incredible time-saver. The automatic notification system informs hosts about their visitor's arrival without my having to chase them down. Not only does it save time, but it also adds a level of professionalism that reflects well on the company. The record-keeping feature ensures that all visitor data is securely stored, offering additional security benefits.
  • UnSpot's flexibility in hybrid work scheduling allows us to keep everyone informed and connected. The desk booking system is a time-saver, ensuring smooth workspace allocation. The internal help desk feature streamlines issue resolution.
  • In our office's transition to a floating desk layout, UnSpot ensures I can secure my preferred desk ahead of time, eliminating the uncertainty and competition of a first-come, first-served system. This certainty enhances my daily productivity and peace of mind.

What Users Like The Least

  • To be perfectly honest, I find very little to complain about. However, during peak office hours, the system can sometimes get a bit slow, which I believe may be related to our internet connection.
  • Occasionally, a minor bug hampers the visibility of current desk users, but refreshing the browser remedies this. Rare instances of lagging and reservation hiccups have been observed but are far from a routine occurrence.
  • The process to adjust the reservation time could be more intuitive. Currently, modifying a booking time without canceling and rebooking is not straightforward, which is an inconvenience.
