    Zenefits complete screwed up our payroll. We contacted them numerous times over several months and they continually vowed to fix the issue. After a bit they simply stopped responding and could not be contacted. PLEASE NOTE THAT ZENEFITS DOES NOT HAS A PHONE NUMBER LISTED ON THEIR SITE. There's your first clue. We literally had to contact the owner with Facebook messaging to get a response. They finally did after more than 6 months and STILL SCREWED UP the payroll. It took more than 8 months to resolve. Avoid Zenefits at all costs!

    I use JobScience, which is one of Bullhorn's SalesForce based ATS offerings, and it is the best ATSs I have used. I have used 6 different ones in my career, and have tried / demoed countless others. The customizations allowed by JobScience are remarkable, and one can make it work exactly as one wants. The tracking and CRM components are every bit as strong as one would expect from a SalesForce based product. The only thing that is a little weak (and honestly is weak in every ATS) is the ability to search the candidate database. And that is not bad - it's probably better than 90% of the ATSs I have seen, and tied for the best of the ones with which I have worked. I can enthusiastically recommend JobScience by Bullhorn for any staffing agency.

The BrightHR system also keeps track of different metrics to help you figure out payroll. This saves you time on administrative tasks.
