67.2% survey respondents are of the opinion that startup mobile app UX has to be “Useful.” Excessive content, un-wanted pop-ups, etc., can be avoided and focus should be in delivering interactive experiences.
Accessibility improves usability. 58.4% indicated that the mobile UX design for startups should be accessible, where all users irrespective of the location, or other factors, should be able to access the services without any friction.
